In Dayforce, the Workforce Insights feature provides a live overview of your team’s status during the workday. In the Team Status section, you can review which employees are absent, late, or on-site. This real-time data can inform how you adjust your coverage for the day, at one or more locations:

Workforce Insights also contains a Time Review section that shows time entries and pay adjustments with issues or that need authorization:

In the Needs review tab, Dayforce lists employees that have time entry and pay adjustment issues. For each employee in the list, you can review which issue types and problems are affecting their time entries and pay adjustments. In the Ready to authorize tab, Dayforce lists employees whose time and pay records have either informational issues or no issues. Any employee that’s listed in this tab has time entries or pay adjustments that are ready for authorization.

Before you can review the status of your employees and authorize their time entries and pay adjustments, you must load one or more locations. See Load Locations.
