View Your KPIs

Dayforce shows your KPI’s budgeted sales or labor hours by week and by zone in Plan. To change the breakdown of each KPI or zone, click the arrow () to expand or collapse the record. You can expand and collapse only KPI and zone rows.

You can view data in the KPI list by zone, day of the week, or both.

View KPIs by zone

Dayforce shows the budgeted sales or labor hours for each zone. The following screenshot shows the weekly budgeted sales for the Customer Service, Management, Meat, and Produce zones for the Total Labor Cost KPI:

View KPIs by day of the week

Dayforce shows the budgeted sales or labor hours on each day of the week. The following screenshot shows the daily budgeted sales for the Total Labor Cost KPI:

View KPIs by zone and day of the week
