After you load your plan, you can generate trend charts for a visual depiction of your organization’s key performance indicators (KPIs), budget, and forecast.
To load a KPI trend chart:
- Go to Plan and do one of the following:
- To load the last organization that you selected in the org picker, click Load.
- To specify the organizations and dates to load, click the down arrow next to the Load button.
- Click the KPI Trend Chart tab.
- In the Select Chart section, select a chart:
- Daily Chart: Shows LY (Last Year) Actuals and TY (This Year) Manager Adjusted KPI values as bar graphs for each day of the forecasted week. It also features a line graph of the average LY Actuals over the last 13 weeks:
- Detail Chart: Shows recent TY Actual, recent TY Actual trends, LY Actual (which is adjusted for Special Day alignment, if configured) and Manager Adjusted data as a line chart:
- In the Select KPI drop-down list, select the KPI that you want to populate the chart.
- In the Select Day drop-down list, select the day that you want the chart to show.
- Note: This drop-down list isn’t available if you select the daily chart, because that chart shows each day of the week.
- To show a list of values that the chart depicts, select the Show Grid checkbox.
