View Audit Information

Dayforce tracks changes made to the time and attendance records on the timesheet, such as changing worked shift start and end times. It stores these changes in the audit log, which you can view from the Timesheets feature.

Any shifts that have been changed after the last time you saved the timesheet are marked with the edit icon ():

Cell in the timesheets grid showing shift details, marked with the edit icon.

The edit icon marks your current edits which can still be reversed with the Undo button. When you save the timesheet, any changes are applied and can’t be reversed by clicking Undo.

You can view a record of all changes made to the timesheet in the Audits panel. To view your timesheet change record in Timesheets, select a shift, and then click the Audits tab. The Audits panel opens:

Audits panel showing shift details such as when it was added, edited, and associated with a tip.

This panel includes a detailed record of changes made to the selected shift. Some of the columns use icons to represent shift details, and if the heading applies to the shift, Dayforce shows a checkmark.
