Track Tasks in Plan Admin Checklist

In Plan Admin Checklist, you can review which locations completed planning and scheduling tasks, and when they completed them.

Depending on your Dayforce configuration, you might see columns that show the schedule report version, and the total numbers of schedule errors, schedule warnings, and schedule informationals for each location. You might also see columns that contain the date and time that the Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation and KPI Synchronization background jobs were last run.

To filter for locations that haven’t completed a particular task, use the quick filter icons along the top of the screen.

Filter Checklists

By default, Dayforce shows the plan admin checklist for all of the locations that you’re authorized to access, and for the current week. You can also filter Plan Admin Checklist by location or by calendar week.

  • To filter by location, click the arrow next to the Load button. Then, in the Organization field, click the location icon () to open the organization tree and select a location.
  • To filter by week, enter a date in the Date field or click the calendar icon () and select a week. Click Load to apply the selected filters.

Access Plan and Schedules

To go directly to Plan or Schedules, click the plan icon () or the schedule icon () in the Organization column.
