With the appropriate role access, you can run several time and attendance reports in Timesheets. Click Reports in the toolstrip and run the reports that you have access to in the Reports dialog box.

Before You Begin: If you load more than one location in Timesheets and then run certain reports in the Reports dialog box, the generated report will contain data for each loaded location. Dayforce persists your loaded locations and includes them in the report only if the report’s settings don’t contain a dedicated Organization field.

| Approaching FT Report | Lists employees who have averaged a certain number of hours. This is useful to report on part-time employees who are approaching full-time hours. |
| Attendance Roll Call Report | Lists employees scheduled to work on the current date, with their phone numbers. |
| Comments Report | Shows any comments employees made on their timesheets, and pay details from the day containing comments. |
| Department Hours Pay Summary Report | Summarizes the labor cost billed against each department, in both hours and wages, and distinguishes between total hours and paid hours. |

| Employee Attendance Incidents Report | Shows a list of the incidents and violations a selected employee has incurred. |
| Employee Pay Summary Report | Shows a pay summary for multiple locations at once. |
| Employee Time Entry Report | Shows a summary of employee clock entries and worked time. The report lists who clocked in and out for work, and when, during the selected time period. |
| Employee Transfer Report | Shows a list of the employees who have recorded location transfers in their time and attendance records. Employees record transfers when they work in a location other than their home location to record their hours against the correct location. |

| Missing Pay Records Report | Lists employees who haven't been paid for worked time or approved pay adjustments. |
| Pay Category Hours Report | Summarizes the amount paid out under different, specified pay categories for multiple locations. |
| Pay Delta Report | Summarizes any retroactive pay adjustments that have been made for a pay period. |
| Pay Detail Report | Summarizes employee pay details for a day, week, or specified date range. |
| Pay Summary Report | Summarizes the payroll data of your employees, including how much employees earned in regular pay, overtime, or any other pay categories your organization tracks. |
| Projected Hours Report | Lists the number of hours employees are projected to work. This report is useful midweek to help determine how many employees are likely to work into overtime. |
| Raw Time Entry Report | Compares employees’ raw clock entries with their scheduled times (in cases where the employee was scheduled to work) and rounded values. |
| Schedule VS Actual Shift Report | Compares the duration of employees’ worked shifts with their scheduled duration. |
| Time Entry Exception Report | Summarizes any clock entry exceptions, such as an employee clocking in for work late, that have occurred. |
