The Projects Feature

In the Projects feature, you can create, define, and assign projects to areas of your organization:

You can create both top-level projects and child projects. A top-level project is an overarching project that can contain individual or multiple sub-projects (or, child projects) which makes their details easier to manage based on organizational assignments. Dayforce shows projects according to their hierarchy in the left side panel. In the example above, the Special Projects project is a top-level project that contains two child projects: Inventory and Non-Inventory.
