Task Management uses a number of icons to describe, at a glance, a task’s status.
Three gatekeeper icons are used by some level of management responsible for reviewing and approving tasks before they’re assigned to locations in the organization to communicate to the task’s creator. For more information about the gatekeeper role, see Perform the Gatekeeper Role.
