In Attendance Management, you can sort the list of incidents, violations, and grades in ascending or descending order on their attributes. You can also sort the list in the following ways:
- Incidents can be sorted by the employee’s name, the date they occurred, their type, the number of points they add to the employee’s record, as well as on their comments.
- Violations can be sorted by the employee’s name, the date they occurred, their name, or their grade.
- Grades can be sorted by the employee’s name, the grade track, the grade, the grade’s severity, and start and end dates.
To sort incidents, violations, or grades, click the column that you want to sort by. Click once and Dayforce sorts the list in ascending order. Click again and Dayforce sorts the list in descending order.
