In Schedules, you can load schedules for one location at a time and schedule your direct reports. You can use Schedules if you prefer to view schedules for individual locations, or if you manage only one location.
Schedules has three different views that you can choose from:
- Bar View: Shows your scheduled shifts graphically. Dayforce graphs each shift on the schedule as a colored bar stretching from the shift’s start time to its end time.
- Grid View: Shows your scheduled shifts as cells on a grid, with a row for each employee or job and a column for each day of the week.
- Split View: Combines the Bar View and the Grid View. You can use the Split View in two ways: Above and Below and Side by Side.
How you schedule your staff in Schedules depends on the view that you use.
