In the Select Rounds screen, Dayforce shows all of the configured rounds for the vacation bidding session, based on the calendar record that’s associated with the session:
If necessary, you can manually exclude a round from the session by clearing the Include checkbox next to the round.
Click Refresh to manually refresh the list of rounds. This function is useful when a new round was added to the session’s calendar record but isn’t shown on the screen with the other rounds yet.
