After you create the schedule for the week, Dayforce updates the KPIs in Plan, in the Schedule column. Dayforce generates these numbers from the specifics of the schedule that you created for the week.
To obtain the scheduled Total Hours, Dayforce totals the duration of your location’s scheduled shifts. It also calculates the Labor Cost, based on which employee worked which shift, using their pay rate and the shift’s duration. From the scheduled data, Dayforce calculates your location’s remaining KPIs.
