Save and Manage Favorite Filters in Timesheets

After filtering a timesheet, you can save the filter options as a favorite so that you can reapply it to the timesheet whenever you need to.

Note: When you save a favorite, the selected sorting options are also saved.

To save a filter as a favorite:

  1. Go to Timesheets.
  2. Click Favorites > Add New Favorite.
  3. In the Add New Favorite dialog box, enter a name for the filter.
  4. Click Save.

After you save a filter as a favorite, it’s shown in the Filters section of the Favorites drop-down list:

You can apply the filter to timesheets by selecting it in the list. The Favorites button changes color and shows the name of the applied filter:

To rename or delete a favorite filter, select Favorites > Manage Filters. In the Manage Favorites dialog box, select the filter that you want to rename and then enter a new name in the Name field. Alternatively, to remove a filter from the group of favorites, click Delete.
