Save Schedules as ProtoSchedules

In Centralized Schedules, you can save schedules as ProtoSchedules so that you can reuse them for future schedule building.

Role feature access: Centralized Schedules > Save as ProtoSchedule

To save schedules as ProtoSchedules:

1. Go to Centralized Schedules and load a template.
2. Click the save as icon () and then click Save as ProtoSchedule.
3. Enter a name and, optionally, a description of the ProtoSchedule.
4. Select the schedule details that you want to include in the ProtoSchedule.
5. (Optional) To change all filled shifts to unfilled shifts, select the Unfill all filled shifts checkbox.
6. Click Save.

After you save the ProtoSchedule, you can apply it to future schedules by clicking Generate > Import from ProtoSchedule. See Import from ProtoSchedule.
