Dayforce keeps attendance scorecards for employees who have attendance incidents recorded against them. To review an employee’s scorecard, click the status icon next to their name in the list of incidents. In the Incident dialog box, click the Scorecard tab.
Note: Depending on your role access, the Scorecard tab might be unavailable. For more information, contact your system administrator.
You can toggle between the row and graph views by clicking the Progress/Graph switch.
Progress View
When displayed as individual rows, the scorecard displays any violations that the employee is progressing toward, based on the number of points on their record. In this example, the employee has four total points on their record, and has incurred one violation.
To view more details about each violation’s progress, click the drop-down arrow to expand the violation.
Note: In this view, Dayforce only shows violations the employee is progressing toward. Violations the employee has already incurred aren’t shown on the scorecard, but below the list of incidents in Attendance Management.
Graph View
When shown as a bar graph, the scorecard shows an employee’s progression toward the different incident levels:
In this example, the employee has 6 points on their record, incurring a third violation. They will incur a fourth and final violation at 10 points.
