To load an employee and view their pay details in an expanded pay summary:
- Go to Timesheets.
- In the Load panel, load a location.
- In the timesheets grid, select the day for which you want to review the employee’s pay.
- Click Tracer or Tracer > Pay, depending on your access. The Analyze Pay Rules slide-out panel expands and shows the employee’s earnings for the selected day.
- Do any of the following:
- Enter text in the search field of the ruleset panel, or click the filter button and configure filters to narrow down the list of rules.
- Select a rule in the ruleset panel to view how it affects the employee’s pay, if applicable.
- With a rule or qualifier selected in the ruleset panel, click the Show Rule and Qualifier Details switch to view the details of the rule or qualifier.
- In the Employee drop-down list, select another employee to view their expanded pay summary for the same date. Click Recalculate to complete the change.
- Click the employee profile icon (
) to view the selected employee’s profile in People.
- To view an expanded pay summary for a different date, click the As Of Date field and select a date. Click Recalculate to complete the change.
- To view an expanded pay summary for all worked days in a week, specify a day from that week in the As Of Date field and select Daily Extended in the View drop-down list. Click Recalculate to complete the change.
