You can use the Bidding Dashboard to reprocess vacation bids that contain errors. If this feature is configured and you select a vacation bidding session that has bid errors, the Details panel shows an Errored status and the Reprocess button in the toolstrip becomes available.
Role feature access: Vacation Bidding > Bidding Dashboard > Reprocess
In the Employee Order section, look for the bid that’s causing the error. After you fix the issue, click Reprocess and Dayforce runs the Vacation Bidding Session Processing background job to recalculate the bid that caused the error. The Details panel now shows a Reprocess status. Click Refresh to verify the status of the session and make sure that the error is fixed.
