Remove Bids with Errors

If a vacation bidding session contains bids with errors, you can remove the bids in Bidding Dashboard. To determine if a vacation bidding session contains errors, view the Errors section in the Details panel.

Role feature access: Vacation Bidding > Always access to Remove Bid

Note: For vacation bidding sessions with multiple submission rounds, you must review the error status of each round individually.

If you find a submission round that contains vacation bids with the Error status, do one of the following:

  • Click the numerical value in the Errors section of the Details panel. Dayforce shows all of the employees who submitted vacation bids with errors in the Errors dialog box:
  • Errors dialog box showing two employees with errors and the Remove Bids button.
  • Click the numerical value in the Error column of the Employee Order list for an individual employee. Dayforce shows the selected employee’s vacation bids with errors in the Errors dialog box.

When you click the Remove Bids button, Dayforce removes the bids from the Bid Dates column in the Employee Order list and resets the number of errors to zero.
