Record a Print Statement Acknowledgement

To record whether an employee elects to receive online or printed earnings statements, submit a Print Statement Acknowledgement form. 

To submit a Print Statement Acknowledgement form:

  1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Forms.
  2. Select the Print Statement Acknowledgement form.
  3. Select the checkbox to acknowledge that the employee elects to receive printed earnings statements, rather than electronic statements through Dayforce.
  4. Click Submit.
