Record Violation Actions

You can record updates to the status of violations to indicate if the action as a consequence of the violation has been taken. Recording that a violation’s action has been performed is for record purposes only. This is intended to help track and manage the violation process.

To record that a violation’s action has been taken: 

  1. Go to Attendance Management and load attendance data.
  2. Click the Violations tab.
  3. Click in the Action Performed column next to the violation. Violations marked with a question mark haven’t had their action performed:
  4. Violations tab showing two violations that haven't been actioned.
  5. In the Violations Details dialog box, select the Action Performed checkbox.
  6. Click OK.
