To ensure that the list of violations is up to date, you need to recalculate attendance management records whenever you waive incidents. It’s possible to have violations recorded against an employee that are no longer valid, if incidents against the employee have recently been waived.
Dayforce prompts you to recalculate the records, when needed, by displaying the Pending Calculation icon and message:
To recalculate attendance management records:
- Go to Attendance Management.
- Click Recalculate. Recalculate options open. Dayforce shows which employee records need to be recalculated.
- (Optional) To add another employee record for recalculating, click Add.
- Click Run Calculation.
