- Go to Schedules or Centralized Schedules and load a schedule.
- In the toolstrip, click Post.

Dayforce marks the schedule as posted:

Role feature access: Schedules > Post Schedules > Schedule Approval
To post a schedule with schedule approval:
- Go to Schedules or Centralized Schedules and load a schedule.
- In the toolstrip, click Post.
- In the Status column, select the checkboxes next to the zones that you want to approve and, optionally, enter a comment.
- Click Approve.
- After you approve all zones, click Post and then click OK.
To unpost a schedule, click Post in the toolstrip and then click Reset All.
Request Approval to Post Schedules
Depending on how Dayforce is configured, you might have to request approval for schedules before you can post them, or approve schedules created by other users. You request approval to post schedules by submitting the Schedule Approval Request form.
Access and configuration:
- Role feature access: Schedules > Forms Action > Schedule Approval Request
- Role authorization access:
- Schedule Data (Can Read)
- Submit Schedule for Approval (All Permissions)
To request approval to post schedules:
- Go to Schedules or Centralized Schedules and load a schedule.
- In the toolstrip, click Request. The Schedule Approval Request form opens.
- Review the schedule information and, optionally, enter a comment.
- Click Submit.
Dayforce sends the form to your manager for approval. You can view the request’s status in Message Center, in the Sent folder.
When your manager approves the request, you can then post the schedule.
