The Pay Category Hours Report in Timesheets summarizes the organization’s pay information by pay category. Run the report to review how many hours were paid out against different pay categories, such as double overtime or holiday pay.
Note:
- To include overlapping premiums in this report, enable the Include Overlapping Premium client property. This setting is located in System Admin > Client Properties in the Properties tab, in the Timesheet section.
- Depending on the date range, number of locations you are reporting on, and if the Show Employees and Show Daily Details settings were configured, this report might take some time to generate.

| Date Range | The date range of data to include in the report. |
| Show Employees | Include a breakdown of which employees earned the pay, broken down by pay category. |
| Show Daily Details | This option is enabled if you select Show Employees. Select this checkbox to break down the hours each employee earned in the various pay categories, by day. |
| Show hours in full precision | Dayforce doesn’t round decimal places. Clear the checkbox and Dayforce rounds the values to two decimal places. |
