This topic provides an overview of the views that you can use in Multi-Week Calendar, the information that Multi-Week Calendar shows and how you can modify it, and the reports that you can run to view detailed information on time away and shifts.

Multi-Week Calendar has two views:
- Standard View: View and add only time away from work. See Manage Time Away in Multi-Week Calendar.
- Shift Definition View: View and add time away from work and shift definitions. See Manage Shifts in Multi-Week Calendar.
The Shift Definition View has two tabs that you can use to view additional shift information. Depending on how Dayforce is configured, you might see the following tabs:
- Problems: Shows errors, warnings, or informational messages that exist with shifts on the calendar.
- Audits: Shows information on changes that were made to the schedule after it was posted.
The icon images that appear in Multi-Week Calendar might vary, depending on how Dayforce is configured. Dayforce supports over 40 possible icons for time away, which you can configure in Pay Setup > Pay Code.

- Multi-Week Calendar Report

The Options panel contains settings that control how Dayforce shows information in Multi-Week Calendar. To open this panel, click Options in the toolstrip.

| Autoload on Start | Controls whether Dayforce automatically loads time away data for the period after you select which location you want to view, without waiting for you to click Load. |
| Display week breaks | Adds a dotted line between each week to indicate where one week ends and another begins. |
| Display month breaks | Adds a solid line between each month to indicate where one month ends and another begins. |
| Display week numbering | Adds the chronological number to the beginning of each week. |
