If there is large number of locations in Pay Approve Checklist, Dayforce might divide the locations across multiple pages. Above the list, Dayforce shows page navigation buttons to indicate multiple pages available to load:
When you update pay group calendar records on one page, you must save them before loading another page. If you don’t save before navigating to another page, you’ll lose your changes.
Several functions, such as locking, unlocking, committing, and approving, apply only to the records on the loaded page. However, if you click Select > Select All, you can modify records across all pages. See Edit Multiple Records (Mass Action).
