If you load a location that has a large number of employees, Dayforce might divide the employee timesheets across separate pages. When this functionality is applied, navigation buttons appear above the timesheets that you can click to load different pages of time and attendance records:
When pages are applied in Timesheets, the following changes occur:
- When authorizing or unauthorizing multiple shifts or pay adjustments, you are limited to the loaded page. You can’t authorize or unauthorize multiple records across several pages.
- When filtering timesheets in the Filter panel, Dayforce includes records only on the loaded page when applying your filter criteria and excludes records on other pages.
- The Problems panel shows only problems concerning timesheet records on the loaded page.
- The Call In List option in the timesheets grid becomes unavailable.
