In Multi-Week Calendar, you can load a calendar that shows time away and shifts for all of your employees at once across a five-week period. By default, the calendar shows Sunday as the first day of the week.
Dayforce shows a list of the location’s employees on the left side of the screen. Each row in the calendar grid represents one employee, and each column represents one day of the week.
Each cell on the calendar shows any time away that the employee has for that day. The cell’s color indicates its status, and its icon indicates what type of time away it is.
