Merchandise Events and Affected KPIs (Schedules Only)

In Schedules, you can view merchandise events and affected KPIs in the Events panel:

Role feature access: Schedules > Merchandise Event

To view an event’s affected KPIs, percentage impacted, and applicable zones, click the expand icon () next to the event name:

When a merchandise event is scheduled, Dayforce shows the merchandise event icon () next to the date header on the schedule. Hover the cursor over the icon and a tooltip appears that contains the event’s name, start date, and end date.
