You can use the Manager Timesheet feature to enter employees’ hours for the week. Use each column in the timesheet to log hours against specific pay codes and, depending on configuration, against job assignments, projects, and dockets.

For example, an employee worked for eight hours each day on Monday and Wednesday, but called in sick on Tuesday. You would add a Work pay code on Monday and Wednesday, and a Sick pay code on Tuesday:
Similarly, if the employee’s time entry policy supports job assignments, projects, and dockets, you can use each column to log time against the specific metric. For example, an employee spent three hours on Monday working on the Trade Show project, and the remaining five hours of their day on the Audit project. You would log the time worked on the Trade Show project in one row, and the time worked on the Audit project in another:
Holidays contain the holiday icon and are highlighted in yellow on the timesheet. If configured to do so, Dayforce also shows a holiday hours estimate in the Daily Total column:
