Load Timesheets by Location

You load locations in Timesheets in the Load panel.

Before You Begin:  

  • The Timesheets feature contains an enhanced org picker. See Org Pickers in the Getting Started with Dayforce guide.
  • If you load more than one location and then run certain reports in the Reports dialog box, the generated report will contain data for each loaded location. Dayforce persists your loaded locations and includes them in the report only if the report’s settings don’t contain a dedicated Organization field. See Time and Attendance Fixed Format Reports.

To load one or more locations:

  1. Go to Timesheets.
  2. Click the arrow next to the Load button. The Load panel opens.
  3. In the Organization field, click the organization icon (). Dayforce opens an org picker dialog box which shows an organizational hierarchy containing all of the locations that you can access.
  4. Select one or more locations. You can only select org units that are at the lowest level of your organizational hierarchy.
  5. If necessary, you can use the search field to narrow down the results. After making your selections, click OK.
  6. Click Load.
