When you go to Time Review, Dayforce does one of two things, depending on whether it’s configured to auto load data:
- If Dayforce is configured to load data automatically, it preloads the first view in the Change View drop-down list.
- If Dayforce isn’t configured to load data automatically, it doesn’t load any data until you specify which data to load.
Note: You can override the configuration of the Auto load checkbox in the Options panel in Time Review.
To load timesheet data, click Load. The Load panel opens, which contains the following options:
- Org: Specify which location you want to review time for.
- Manager: Specify which manager’s employees you want to review time for. When a manager has direct employee to manager security (that is, rather than just derived by org security) this setting defaults to that manager, and that manager’s name appears in the Manager field, as shown in the following example:
-
- Note that Dayforce loads only the manager’s direct reports.
- Date Range: Specify whether you want to load a week, month, or pay period.
- View: Shows any views that you’ve configured. For example, you can save a view that shows only your part-time, hourly employees so that you don’t have to manually apply these same filters multiple times. See Time Review Views.
- Loading Mode: Specifies what data to load:
- All Org Units: Employees from all organizational units.
- Default Org Unit: Employees who belong only to the default org and report to the loaded manager.
- Direct Reports Only: Only the direct reports of the loaded manager.
