Attendance Management uses a number of incident and violation statuses for attendance incidents.
Incident Statuses
| Icon | Description |

Open: The incident is active and its points contribute toward an employee’s attendance record, potentially causing employees to incur a violation. |
|
|
Waived: The incident was waived. Its points don’t contribute toward an employee’s attendance record. |
|
|
Decrement: Indicates decrements, if decrements are configured for your organization. For more information, contact your system administrator. |
Violation Statuses

Pending: The violation hasn’t been cited and isn’t shown to the employee in Work > Attendance (Year at a Glance). Shown in the Status column. |
|
|
Cited: The violation has been cited and is shown to the employee. Shown in the Status column. |
|
|
No Action Performed: The violation’s corresponding action hasn’t been performed. Shown in the Action Performed column. |
|
|
Action Performed: The violation’s corresponding action has been performed. Shown in the Action Performed column. |
