Incident and Violation Statuses

Attendance Management uses a number of incident and violation statuses for attendance incidents.

Incident Statuses

Incident statuses
Icon Description
Open icon. Open: The incident is active and its points contribute toward an employee’s attendance record, potentially causing employees to incur a violation.
Waived icon.

Waived: The incident was waived. Its points don’t contribute toward an employee’s attendance record.

Decrement icon. Decrement: Indicates decrements, if decrements are configured for your organization. For more information, contact your system administrator.

Violation Statuses

Violation statuses
Icon Description
Pending icon. Pending: The violation hasn’t been cited and isn’t shown to the employee in Work > Attendance (Year at a Glance). Shown in the Status column.
Cited icon. Cited: The violation has been cited and is shown to the employee. Shown in the Status column.
No Action Performed icon. No Action Performed: The violation’s corresponding action hasn’t been performed. Shown in the Action Performed column.
Action Performed icon. Action Performed: The violation’s corresponding action has been performed. Shown in the Action Performed column.
