Inactivity Report

The Inactivity Report in Timesheets lists employees with inactive payroll statuses and when they were last paid. It lists employees who are inactive for any reason, whether they're on a leave of absence, terminated, or inactive for some other reason.

Date

The time range to include in the report:

  • Inactive Since: Enter a date to include employees who were inactive since the selected date.
  • Date Range: Enter a date range to include employees who became inactive during the date range.
Manager Report on a specific manager’s employees.
Sort By Sort the report records by first name, last name, employee number, or the last pay date.
Description The report description. Dayforce shows the description next to the file name in Message Center.
Format The format for your report output. You can select PDF or Excel file format.
