In Schedules and Centralized Schedules, you can apply schedule templates from the Template panel. The panel contains template details such as template type, effective dates, and when you last used the template. If you click the arrow for a template in the Type column, a table expands that shows the template's job assignment and shift start and end times. Click the arrow in this table to expand segment details in the shift. You can also edit and delete templates from this panel.

To generate schedules from templates:
- Go to Schedules or Centralized Schedules and load a schedule.
- (Centralized Schedules only) Expand a location grouping in the hierarchy, then expand the Employee section.
- Click Generate > Template.
- Select a template and click Apply, then click Save.
