Generate Pay Summary Reports

You can generate a pay summary report for each location in the pay group from Pay Approve Checklist. The Pay Summary Report shows the payroll data of your employees including how much employees earned in regular pay, overtime, and any other pay categories that your organization tracks.

To generate the report:

  1. Go to Pay Approve Checklist and select a row.
  2. In the toolstrip, click Pay Summary Report. The Pay Summary Report dialog box opens.
  3. In the Pay Summary Report dialog box, configure the report’s settings. See Pay Summary Report.
