You can filter and sort Pay Approve Checklist to fit your needs.
Filter Pay Approve Checklist
Pay Approve Checklist shows information about the pay periods for the selected pay group that have an approval due date within the selected date range. You can filter Pay Approve Checklist in the Filter panel. To open this panel, click Filter in the toolstrip.
The Filter panel contains the following filters:
- Due Date
- Organization
- Pay Group
- Status
- Manager
Sort Pay Approve Checklist
The default sort order in Pay Approve Checklist is as follows:
- Due Date
- Pay Group
- Manager
- Organization
You can manually sort the checklist by clicking a column header. When you do, Dayforce maintains the rest of the sorting order. For example, if you click the Start Date column header to sort the checklist by start date, the updated sort order becomes:
- Start Date
- Due Date
- Pay Group
- Manager
- Organization
Similarly, if you click the Manager column header to sort by manager, the new sort order becomes:
- Manager
- Due Date
- Pay Group
- Organization
When you refresh the page, the sort order reverts to the default.
