The ruleset panel contains filters and a search field that you can use to narrow down the list of rules. Click the filter icon () to expand the filter section:
Note: You can’t filter and search for qualifiers. The filters and search field function only for rules contained in the ruleset panel.
To narrow down the list of rules, adjust the filters as needed and click Apply. To add additional filter options, click Add Filter.
The following filter options are available:
- Pay Category: Narrows down rules configured with the specified pay categories.
- Pay Code: Narrows down rules configured with the specified pay codes.
- Rule Type: Excludes all rules from the list, except for the specified rule.
- Show Active Only: Show only rules that are active.
- Show Changes Only: Show only rules that affected the employee’s pay.
- Show Effective Only: Show only rules that are currently in effect.
To search for a rule, enter text in the search field. Dayforce removes any rules that don’t match your text input. When the filter is active and rules are excluded from the list, Dayforce shows a red circle on the filter icon to indicate that the filter is applied:
