In Attendance Management, you can filter the list of incidents, violations, and grades that Dayforce shows. The following filter options are available:
- Employee
- Attendance Policy
- Zone
- Incident Status
- Violation Status
- Incident Type
- Violation Type
- Employees with current grade
- Employment Status
- Incidents contribute to violation: Controls which types of incidents Dayforce shows:
- Any (selected by default): Shows all incidents.
- Yes: Shows incidents that contribute to violations.
- No: Shows incidents that don’t contribute to violations.
To filter the list of incidents or violations:
- Go to Attendance Management and load attendance data.
- Click Filter.
- Provide values for the required filter criteria.
- Note: When you view information for a time period in the past, the Employment Status filter uses current status rather than the status that employees had during the specified time period.
- Click Apply.
You can also search for incidents and violations for specific employees, with an additional set of filters. In the Filter panel, click the employee icon () to open the Search dialog box, where you can filter employees using the following additional options:
- Department
- Job
- Location
- Name
- National ID Number
- Number
- Pay Class
- Pay Group
- Pay Type
- Status
To save a filter that you customized in the Search dialog box, click Save Filter as. When prompted, enter a name for your customized filter, and click Save. Dayforce shows saved filters in the Saved Items tab.
