Employee Work Contract Report

Run the Employee Work Contract Report in People to view the work contracts and work patterns assigned to employees.

Description

Organization

Use the org picker to select a location.

As of

Specify the as-of date for records. By default, Dayforce uses today's date, so that you’re reporting on current records.

Options

Show Work Patterns

By default, the report includes employees work patterns. To exclude work patterns from the report, clear this checkbox.

Employees

(select one of the two options)

All Employees

Select this option to include all employees you have access to

Selected Employee

Select this option to run the report for a specific employee. When you select this option, Dayforce shows additional controls that you can use to filter for the employee you want to report on.

Filters

Job

If you want to limit the report to employees working specific jobs, use this setting to specify which jobs you want to report on.

Department

If you want to limit the report to employees working in specific departments, use this setting to specify which departments you want to report on.

Sort By

Select how the report is sorted. You can sort records by last name, job rank, or department name.

Description

(Optional) Enter a description for the report. Dayforce shows the description next to the filename in Message Center.

Format

Select the format for your report output. You can select PDF or Excel file format.
