The Employee Transfer Report in Timesheets shows a list of the employees who have recorded location transfers in their time and attendance records. Employees record transfers when they work at a location other than their primary location in order to record their hours against the correct location.
The report shows employees transferring out of your location for a shift and employees from other locations transferring into yours for a shift.
You can run the report on every department in your location, or just on a specific department, such as customer service, to review which employees were transferred in and out of it.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Date |
The time period that you want to report on:
|
| Include Department Level Transfers |
Include all transfers, including on-site department transfers. Clear the checkbox and the report includes only transfers between different locations. |
| Include unpaid hours |
Include unpaid hours in the report. By default, the report doesn't include unpaid hours. Omitting unpaid hours is useful when comparing the report results with other reports that don’t include these hours. |
| Break Up Transfers By Pay Category | By default, the report shows the pay codes associated with transfer. Select this option to show the pay categories. When you select this option, the report shows a Pay Category column rather than a Pay Code column. |
| Show hours in HH:MM | The report shows times as hours and minutes rather than decimal values. |
| Manager | Report on a specific manager’s employees. |
| Department | Departments to include in the report. |
| Sort By | Sort the report records by first name, last name, or employee number. |
| Description | The report description. Dayforce shows the description next to the file name in Message Center. |
| Format | The format for the report file. You can generate the report in Excel or PDF format. |
