Employee Time Entry Report

Run the Employee Time Entry Report in Timesheets for a summary of employee time entries and worked time. The report lists who clocked in and out for work, and when, during the selected time period.

Setting Description
Date

The time period you want to report on:

  • Selected Week: Select this option to review the time entries from a specific week.
  • Date Range: Select this option to review the time entries for a selected date range.
Only Show 1 Meal/Break Show only each employee’s first meal or break, even if the employee clocked out for multiple breaks in a day.
Show hours in HH:MM Show times using hours and minutes rather than decimal values.
Manager Report on a specific manager’s employees.
Employees

The employees included in the report. Select All Employees to include all employees in the report, or select Selected Employee to report on only one employee.

If you chose Selected Employee, click the Choose Employee button. Dayforce shows the Search dialog box where you can narrow your employee selection with several filters.

Department Departments to include in the report.
Sort By Sort the report records by first name, last name, or employee number.
Description A description for the report. Dayforce shows the description next to the file name in Message Center.
Format The format for the report file. You can generate the report in Excel or PDF format.
