Employee Bids

In the Employee Order section, you can view details about each employee bid. In this section, Dayforce shows:

  • The dates that the employees have bid on (if available).
  • The employees’ total number of bids.
  • The employees’ total number of requested vacation days.
  • The status of the employees’ bids (either Approved, Denied, or Error if issues exist).

If employees have made bids, you can click their name and Dayforce shows a summary of their bids in the Bid List window:

For bids that are denied, Dayforce shows a message in the Bid List window, detailing why the bid was denied. You can hover the cursor over the Message field to view the entire message.
