Run the Employee Balance Report in People or Approvals for a summary of employee balances. The report lists each employee's total for the balances, such as vacation days, that your organization tracks in Dayforce. Optionally, the report can show the balance transactions (that is, when employees earned and used their balances) and associated comments. If the employee has any expiring transactions, Dayforce shows only transactions that are valid for the days included in the report.
