Employee Availability Report

Run the Employee Availability Report in People for a listing of what times employees are available to work during a selected week. The report can be run for an entire organization or a single employee.

On days that the employee is unavailable to work, Dayforce shades the corresponding cell gray. On days that the employee is available to work the entire day, the cell is blank.

Description

Organization Use the org picker to select a location.
Selected Week Specify the as-of date for records. By default, Dayforce uses the current week, so that you are reporting on current records.
Options Show Phone Number Select this checkbox to include employee phone numbers in the report.
Show Email Select this checkbox to include employee email addresses in the report.
Employees (select one of the two options) All Employees Select this option to include all employees you have access to.
Selected Employee Select this option to run the report for a specific employee. When you select this option, Dayforce displays additional controls that you can use to filter for the employee you want to report on.
Filters Job If you want to limit the report to employees working specific jobs, use this setting to specify which jobs you want to report on.
Sort By Select how the report is sorted. You can sort records by last name, job rank, or department name.
Description (Optional) Enter a description for the report. Dayforce displays the description next to the filename in Message Center.
Format Select the format for your report output. You can select PDF or Excel file format.
