Employee Attendance Incidents Report

The Employee Attendance Incidents Report in Attendance Management lists the attendance incidents and violations that the selected employees have incurred. The report also includes the number attendance points associated with each incident and the date upon which it occurred. The printable version of the report contains signature and date lines after each employee attendance summary for the employee, a manager, and an HR representative.

In Message Center, you can sort the report by employee first name, last name, and number.

Report settings
Setting Description
Organization Use the org picker to select a location or group of locations to include in the report. To report on the entire organization, select the top org unit.
Date Range Specify a start and end date for the range of data that you want to include in the report.
Manager Use the employee picker to select a manager. Employees who report to this manager are included in the report.
Employee The employees included in the report. Select any employees that apply or click Select All to include all employees.
Department The employees included in the report based on their assigned department. Select any departments that apply or click Select All to include employees in all departments.
Zone The employees included in the report based on their assigned zone. Select any zones that apply or click Select All to include employees in all zones.
Description (Optional) The customizable text that appears next to the report file name in Message Center.
