Edit Timesheets in Period Review

In Period Review, you can edit your employees’ time records by clicking the employee’s name in the Employee column.

Before You Begin: Your role must have access to the Timesheets or Manager Timesheet features. Additionally, you must select an option for the appropriate time entry policies in Pay SetupTime Entry Policy in the Time Capture tab, in the Period Review Flyout drop-down list. If you try to edit an employee’s timesheets and their time entry policy isn’t configured correctly, Dayforce shows an error message indicating that the slide-out panel isn’t enabled for the selected employee.

Depending on how Dayforce is configured, either Timesheets or Manager Timesheet opens in a slide-out panel that shows the entire pay period.

To close the slide-out panel and return to Period Review, click the right arrow icon (). When the slide-out panel closes, a message appears informing you that changes have been made. To show the updated records, click Refresh.
