In Task Setup > Task Templates, in the Documents tab, you can attach documents and other supplemental files to the task templates that you create. These attachments can be used to track and convey information related to the task, such as uploading a new floor plan for the locations in your district.
If Dayforce is configured to support attaching files to tasks, you can attach eligible files to any of your task templates. You can attach up to 20 MB to task templates, using the following file formats:
- JPG
- DOC
- DOCX
- XLS
- XLSX
Note: Before you can upload files as attachments to your tasks, the document management functionality must be configured and enabled by Dayforce. If you don’t see Add File(s) in the Documents tab, it hasn’t been enabled. For more information, contact your system administrator.
