Configure Notifications for Schedule Acceptance

In Profile, you can update your notification preferences to control whether you receive schedule acceptance notifications by Message Center, email, or text message.

Schedule acceptance refers to a process where employees have to sign off on changes that you make to their posted schedules. You can configure notifications so that you receive notifications when employees accept or reject a schedule change offer, or when an offer expires.

Role feature access: Profile > Profile Menu > Settings > Preferences

To configure schedule acceptance notifications:

  1. Go to Profile and click Settings > Notifications.
  2. For each notification type, select or clear the Message CenterEmail, and Text Message checkboxes:
    • Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Accepted
    • Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Expired
    • Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Sent
    • Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Rejected
    • Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Revoked
  3. Click Save.
