In Profile, you can update your notification preferences to control whether you receive schedule acceptance notifications by Message Center, email, or text message.
Schedule acceptance refers to a process where employees have to sign off on changes that you make to their posted schedules. You can configure notifications so that you receive notifications when employees accept or reject a schedule change offer, or when an offer expires.
Role feature access: Profile > Profile Menu > Settings > Preferences
To configure schedule acceptance notifications:
- Go to Profile and click Settings > Notifications.
- For each notification type, select or clear the Message Center, Email, and Text Message checkboxes:
- Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Accepted
- Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Expired
- Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Sent
- Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Rejected
- Schedule Acceptance – Schedule Offer Revoked
- Click Save.
