Clear Biometric and Facial Verification Failures

If Dayforce is configured to submit and process clock entries that fail biometric verification, the clock entries are shown as problems on the timesheet and in the Problems panel:

Role feature access:  

  • Timesheets > Clear Bio Failure
  • Timesheets > Clear Facial Verification Failure

You might need to clear the failures before you can save your changes to the timesheet, depending on the severity assigned to the problems.

To clear a bio failure or facial verification failure:

  1. Go to Timesheets and load a location.
  2. Select the shift that contains the failure, and then click the arrow next to the edit icon () to expand the drop-down list:

  4. Select Clear Bio Failures or Clear Facial Verification Failure. Dayforce removes the warning icon from the shift, and removes the message in the Problems panel.
