If Dayforce is configured to submit and process clock entries that fail biometric verification, the clock entries are shown as problems on the timesheet and in the Problems panel:
Role feature access:
- Timesheets > Clear Bio Failure
- Timesheets > Clear Facial Verification Failure
You might need to clear the failures before you can save your changes to the timesheet, depending on the severity assigned to the problems.
To clear a bio failure or facial verification failure:
- Go to Timesheets and load a location.
- Select the shift that contains the failure, and then click the arrow next to the edit icon (
) to expand the drop-down list:

- Select Clear Bio Failures or Clear Facial Verification Failure. Dayforce removes the warning icon from the shift, and removes the message in the Problems panel.
