Dayforce shows additional information in the Employee Order section for sequential vacation bidding sessions. When you select a sequential session in the left side panel, the employee list contains the Bidding Window Start and Bidding Window End columns. These columns show the dates and times that your employees’ bidding windows are active. Dayforce shows dates and times based on the user’s time zone in the Bidding Window Start and Bidding Window End columns.
Before You Begin: You can determine active bidding windows only for sequential vacation bidding sessions.
Also, Dayforce shows the Bid State column which, during active submission rounds, contains the following icons to mark active and upcoming bidding windows:
